Pakoda Nation: Are we becoming one?

Few months ago Nandu was caught with his pants down on job creation data .

Only 3 lakh jobs had been created in last 3 yrs against  7.5 crore+ Feku had  jumlaaed or manifestoed in 2014.

Reference : We will create 25 crore jobs in 10 years : Modi in 2014

While on one side he undercreated new jobs, he destroyed 15 lakh jobs by his idiotic ill conceived DeModiapa ( DeMonetization)

Here is the journey of how Nandu dealt with the biggest destruction of Indian economy ever.

How much does Nandu score on Job Creation challenge ?

3 lakh / 7.5 Crores in 3 years translates to 0.4% marks on  job creation promises. Its not even freaking 1% of promised number.

 How is Feku supposed to react on his failure ?

Nandu, the narcissist ,when he fails in his exams, often changes the exam. He summons the examiners and threatens them to pass him.

He orders changing the marking criteria so that his 15% marks look like 60% + (First class). The BhakDolts have to after all  chew on them.

Some examples:

When Nandu and Gaddu failed on road construction performance, he said-

Here after, highway construction is not to be counted in km road constructed but lane km as there are as there are 4 lanes in a highway..”

So 15 km of road constructed ( Fail)  becomes 60 lane kms of highway ( Pass) . BhakLols then go on rampage on social media claiming –

Nandu ji built 60 lane Kms of highway as against 30km of highway made by pichhli sarkar in the same time. Bikas paida ho gaya hai “

So, generally if Nandu scores 10%, he can quote it as 40% and pass the exam.

Bhaklols do not have brains or wisdom to question it, treat Modiaapa as gospel truths

Similar things were done by Nandu to manipulate GDP numbers by threatening CSO ( Central Statistics Organization) to misappropriate GDP data to make himelf look less stupid.

If Nandu can manipulate GDP/ Road numbers why not manipulate job creation data also ?

2x to 4x mainpulation is fitarat (Style) of Nandu but 100x manipulation ?? Even his spin doctors said – ” Humse na ho paayega ( We will not be able to do it)” .

So what did Nandu do ?

First, he mandated the EPFO to make it mandatory for every small business, even with less than 10 employees to register every employee for EPF.  So , the guys who were already employed for years without PF were shown as employed. Even with no new job created, the fresh new numbers looked sexy.

Next, Nandu said, hereafter Labor ministry data will not be considered only EPFO data will be considered for job creation measurement. ( Changing the grading criteria again)

Did this help ?

NO .

The number 3.5 lakhs even with EPF manipulation were too small to bridge the gap with 7.5 Crores.

Nandu had earlier killed 1.5 million jobs with his Demodiapa

So what could the poor Nandu do on poor Job generation? ( बेताला मोदी ओल त्या त्या तलेदा )?

Nandu claimed :  Employment generation is not necessary , Pakoda making is also an employment…

And lo , all the BhakDolts went chanting – ” Pakoda making is the most honorable entrepreneurship..”

This was believed as a masterstroke by Bhaklols  as – 1) There is no census of Pakoda makers and 2) Vague claims like this can never be substantiated.

Thus came the flurry of memes and mocking of Nanduism

This  was the time when Nandu got his global honours

Embarrassed, the Bhaklols took to  useless Change.org to petition Google to cover Nandu’s nakedness.

So, how does Pakoda economy numbers look like ?

Lets examine them.

Estimated 1.2 crore youth enter the Indian job market every year

Nandu and his DOLTS are able to produce only 1.4 lakh jobs/Year

This leaves 1Crore 40 lakhs – 1 lakh 40 thousand == 1 crore 38 lakh 60 thousand youths unemployed.

If-> 1 crore 38 lakh young graduates sell 4 kg of Pakodas to be alive everyday ,

There has to be a market of 5 Crore 52 lakh kg of Pakodas every day

At MSP of Rs 200/ kg, this translates to sales of Rs 1,104 Crore /day (0.163 U$ billion per day) or annual market of U$ 59.23 Billion of Pakoda sales.

This is 1.6 x times India’s annual defense budget of 43 Billion dollars )

What will be the impact of Pakoda economy ?

Most sensible Indians do not eat pakodas every day. I eat them 3 to 5 times max in one year.

Now to support their Prophet Nandu,  if all the Sanghi rats decide to consume 5.52 Crore kgs of pakodas everyday , will you be able to live in the foul GAS they will emit?

Will these Pakodas be sold near the Ram Mandir, these Bhaklols have been promising for over 29 yrs now ?

Will  the pakodas be sold online on Flipkarts/ Amazons and delivered by Swiggies?

The Paradox of Robinhood

Of all the popular fraud schemes, Robin Hood theme continues to amaze and baffle me the most.  It has defied time, mortality and eternity  and still  works in 21st century.  

Robinhood continues to be the opium of the hoi-polloi . He mesmerizes  and has a box office collection of few lakh crores as against 100 crores Bollywood craves. Lets see how it works.

A Demagogue Jholelal Fakeer who claims a peasant background, typically has a trimmed beard, a  fake 56 inch chest and may looks like the one  below. He  declares:

 He is launching a WAR against the rich.  This war  will  give a  of windfall wealth (say Rs 16 lakhs in cash), to each idiot, lazy and brainless Gareeb (poor)..  Nobody will  even have to move even their ASS for.The organized loot and plunder he will do, will be distributed . Kaala dhan from kaale log will tana tan flow into to gareeb’s accounts JanDhan .

 OMFG (Oh my fucking god), this creates mammoth erection among all bhakts and dolts. .  Fakeer smiles inwards as he knows, he needs to deliver nothing. The drunken imbecile dolts are already doing Naagin dance and  high on this opium.

Pandemonium reigns. Popularity breaks the roofs…  Just 31% fools are enough to drown the remaining 69% population which can think. Fakeer grabs the power and continues to make an ass of fools

 Once ensconced, the scoundrel ( Fakeer) changes the gear. He actually does a raid and loots on the poor. In the suffering, he tells the idiots that they are doing a service to nation.  New and higher cess  emerge on every thing. Higher and wider taxes are declared. Greater curbs are put on the cash. This brings majority of money from poor under Scoundrel’s control.

  The Fakeer now starts living in  a palatial million square feet bungalow in a top metro, wears Rs 12 lakh suits, rides a fleet of BMW 750i,  flies the world in luxury Chartered planes. As a homo throws himself on any sexy male he encounters. All the while he maintains a mask of a Fakeer, a messiah and a humble peasant.

He subsequently  siphons the cash pile back to rich industrialists, bureaucrats, bankers and Pigs who were active or silent accomplishes in the fabled Robin hood raids. This siphoning is done in forms of loan restructuring, interest waivers and huge contracts (Statue making)

The scoundrels thus are Nibor Dooh (Robinhood spelled backwards) and paradoxically rob and kill the poor, not the other way as believed or perceived.

Torturous road to justice against corrupt

“This is really fast ” said Mr Pandit ( name changed ) one of the resident owners. He was commenting on my impatience with the speed of prosecution. I have currently taken up a big battle to unmask massive corruption in my residential society. Distt Deputy Registrar ( DDR) and Deputy Registrar of society Pune City for societies are exchanging letters to bring the corrupt to the book. He further elaborated – ”   The first step here should be to totally insulate them; take away their right to spend our hard earned money.  “.   I had been following up with Registrar of societies ( RoS )  for last 3 months and now the formal investigation on grounds of financial crime is about to begin. The office bearers in  our  society office had illegally done spending of  our maintenance fund without General body approval. Read the original story here

Why should  this  concern all of us ?

We all probably live in or will be living in residential societies where corruption /misappropriation/ can occur. A typical residential society of 400 apartments can have a fund of 1 crore+. The so called volunteers to selflessly serve the society can have their morals taking long vacation when they smell so much money. This may lead to huge leakage of your cash and dilapidated state of your residential society.  Either you can accept that corruption  citing various reasons ( from lack of time, awareness, intent or chalta hai etc) or will have an urge to fight this disease. Its when you decide to fight, will need to know how to proceed. The path to justice is long and torturous. The officers who tried to prosecute Laloo Yadav spent 17 yrs to send the scoundrel to jail.  You may need to be mentally prepared to fight for months, if not years.  I am already in my 4th month 🙂

How often is this kind of fight done ?

Very rarely.  99.9% of such cases of corruption either go unnoticed or people forget about it. Often they are too lazy to even confront the corrupt. The govt procedures of addressing these crimes is too slow and tests your patience and tenacity to extremes.

Why people do not raise voices ?

Its excruciating to fight against corrupt both at lower and higher levels.    For example, if some scoundrel makes a backdoor entry into society office position, its very tedious to throw the him out. They have society funds to hire legal advisors, crook accountants and 5 to 6 partners in crime. You may have to initially hack it all relentlessly

Why is it difficult to throw scoundrels out ?

Most of the people in societies either are not aware about implications of corruption or take it as a part of their ordinary lives. They seldom rise against the corrupt. most believe, its somebody else’s job to fight corruption. Those who rise against corruption have to fight a machinery ( Administration, Sympathisers of corrupt, security employed and inertia of people ).  The cases of illegal committees ( Folks who get into office without getting elected ) of society offices are not dislodged by Registrars any more. One has to go to Co Operative court to challenge that. Going to court means hiring a co operative lawyer and paying his fee. This is enough to give an ordinary citizen jitters. While the crusader has to pay legal charges from her own pocket, the scoundrels have war chest of maintenance fund at their disposal which they utilize to engage legal advisor, bribe civic officials, forge documents with help of corrupt chartered accountants and circulate false justification using society resources.

Alternate method of throwing  illicit and corrupt committee out is by calling an Extra ordinary general meeting ( EOGM)expressing no confidence against the dishonest and corrupt.

Why  EOGM method  is a difficult thing ?

Calling an EOGM for no confidence requires written signature of 33 % of members  (  As a norm only  less than 25% of resident owners attend society meetings ). This means if you have 100 members in society and you want to throw the corrupt out , while you need 33 signatures, you can only reach out only 25 people. Often out of the 25 active members 10 to 12 may already  be huddled in crime. Further, to boot the corrupt out, you need 2/3rd people voting them out.  This means in a society of 100 apartments, you need 67 people voting out . Or if its permissible 2/3rd of attending members. This means if 25 attend the meeting you need 17 people to vote the corrupt out. If the committee comprises 10 members,  mathematically , it may never happen. Its a scenario like no matter how much you hate Congress and its crimes you cant throw it out for 5 yrs because they manage the floor using Mayas, Mulayams, Karunanidhis and Sharad Pawars.

What is the way out ?

Society is like a cell of democracy and none of the provisions work unless there is large participation from all the owners. With 25% or less voting and participation, crooks invariably win . We, thus have the state of society like that of the nation where the ugliest crooks float to the top. Its important that there is large voting turn out ( >75% ) to select people . Also it must be ensured that only the members who are elected through voting become the office bearers. There needs to be an internal lokpal in all societies with power to suspend Chairmen/President/ Secretary/ Treasurer if there are sufficient grounds for dishonesty , corruption or procedural impropriety.

This is what I have done in my society till date in my fight against corruption :

Its been 3.5 months now since I first started it all.  This is how the pieces on chessboard look like

1. The accused  still disgrace the office . Few  or many steps away from check mate ( I do not know)
2. The District Deputy Registrar has requested an  eight point response ( In hard core Marathi even difficult for Marathi professor to understand ) for detailed inquiry to  proceed. This  moved some of my pieces into central square
3.  The evidences which justify detailed inquiry are ready with me.
4. The thick skinned refuse to vacate the office. In professional chess, no player waits for the check mate. They resign when they have some irrecoverable disadvantage like a major piece loss or a vulnerability.  However in real life, the shameless till they are driven out with force cling on. Fools die hard, crooks die harder
5. A lot of paper crimes, dishonesty has been perpetrated example : showing an audit report on a date it didn’t exist.  Falsifying the minutes of meeting of AGM, misusing office staff for personal service, etc. When people who are cheats get caught and are incriminated, they try to be even bigger cheats.
6. As per Maharashtra Co op act, 15 clear days before AGM, the committee needs to circulate audited books of accounts to the members. The crooks in my society sent unaudited balance sheet and asked for approval for audited report which no one had seen. In layman’s term its like taking an approval of financial crimes without even you knowing that crime has happened
7.  The counter move from those seeking justice has been to submit a written  request from over 30 residents to Dy Registrar that AGM held was illegal.
8. Momentum often works against the weak.  Approx 70% of people voting in AGM have given in writing that they  want the corrupt to be dismissed.
9. The partners in crime have gone into a huddle trying to delay the incrimination. Some stooges croak in between on trivial issues to  divert attention from the main issue of corruption
10. The society and its residents suffer as the apartments get the least resale and rental values in its area.
11.  The wheel of justice though slow,  is moving in a right direction to ensure that guilty gets exemplary punishment.

There are a lot of people sharing Mahesh Murthy’s status deriding an individual and his business scoffing a pony tail. Does an individual in a free country not have a liberty to keep an appearance his own choice and discretion? What SUCKING rights do other fatbellies or balding heads have scoffing at it?

Does a citizen not have a right to do business of his choice in a free country Do people not sell underwears thru fetishes or encourages people to get drunk and go tully?.. Is there any thing wrong hustling ones business within legal norms and sometimes loopholes?

Dont we see blatant lies in form of Seagram music, Tuborg great evenings or Bagpiper soda ? Are they not on the edge and bordering on the wrong side of law?

While I do not encourage ban on freedom of expression of any one I am disgusted at people ( especially those from advertising industry) sermonizing others not to lie. Tell me if ICICI advertisements do not lie? or NIIT advertisements do not lie ? or Garnier showing hairs which can pull cars out of ditch do not lie ?

Advertisers, most of them in that sense are equal cheats and SCAMS and make you believe that using the product they advertise, will help you lay a 100 blondes.

One cannot assume to be a protector of parents rights and be a demagogue. Everyone knows why their kids didnt make it to Harvard or XLRI and why they are putting them in a particular College . Dont they have access to information they can navigate and find the truth?.. Checking the veracity of any claim made by any person or business is consumers responsibility. Dont we have an ASCI where grieved people can complain against advertising abuse?

Did we not see 1000 blokes last year, bribed by Google, forecasting death of Facebook and triumph of circles aka Google+? Were those the gospel truths or were they they cheats, scamsters and fraudster in equal measure ?

If there is a ban on some posts or sites ,are all legal options to upturn the ban exhausted ?

Kundali and other creeps infesting our society

Tatiana tells why woman love horoscopes in   on Quora – Why-do-women-like-horoscopes .    She says, the primary reason why people go for horoscopes is because people want to lean on hopes and not on their actions. In general, the people who are dissatisfied and unsuccessful in life take a recourse to this .   A    Wikipedia Horoscope article gives a factual treatise on what horoscopes mean.  It furthers  tells the following :  No studies have shown any scientific support for the accuracy of horoscopes, and the methods used to make interpretations are generally considered pseudo-scientific.

Matters of faith and belief cannot be debated or rationalized, however   horoscopes  are fast turning in to a major social evil. When I was in school,  I remember going to a Pandit who for a  prospective couple said -” Kundalis ( horoscopes ) do  not match. There is no possibility “. The elderly person, who I was accompanying, flashed a small bundle of Rs 100 notes. The pandit pocketed them, had a relook on the horoscopes and said “13 gunas ( characteristics) match“. The person flashed another bundle of Rs 100 notes. This time the Pandit looked at the horoscopes, with some calculations  he said – “24 gunas match “. This was enough to make the matrimony work. Had he pushed few bundles more probably, 34 gunas out of 34 could have matched.  Its now a common knowledge that astrology is an imprecise practice, amenable to multiple interpretations and that 100s of practitioners can have 100 different interpretations ( Each for a different fee 😉 )

In 90s and early 2000s the size of population doing kundali milaan ( Horoscope matching) was very small.  People looked at family compatibility, ability of groom, beauty of bride, dowry giving capacity of girl’s parents, education, absence of vices, career stability etc to decide matrimonial alliances. King Vikramaditya is said to have married a lot of princesses to increase his kingdom and eliminate hostilities with a lot of kingdoms. He supposedly didn’t consult any kundali kaandu before any of his marriages.  There is no mention of either Rama, Krishna or Shiva ever looking at kundalis of Sita, Rukhmini or Parvati before marriage. I was wondering when and how this practice, myth or misconception took roots in society, especially the Hindus.

I was listening to a conversation in one family where the Groom’s side had gone ahead with basic alliance, exchanged some expensive gifts but later didn’t want to go ahead with the relationship. They were confused, what reasonable excuse should they give for calling off the alliance. It was then, one crooked lady ( The Lalita Pawar kind ) came with a brilliant idea – “Keh do Kundali nahi milee kaam khatam( Horoscopes didn’t match, deal over) “.

Incidentally, I have seen 40+ marriages in my community and in none of them horoscopes were matched.  These marriages have lasted decades and have had necessary harmony a marriage demands.  Primary defendants of this horoscope practice claim that planetary positions at the time and place of birth affect the lives due to gravity and fields. It appears to me  the same horse shit as saying that  magnetic or electric fields can determine whether  you will have a comfortable shit next morning.  Gravity attracts by virtue of  matter contained in masses , electric particles attract due to accumulation of charges, magnetic dipoles attract because of polarization of fields and that what is there to it.  Fields do not decide whether two creatures are going to have  great sex with each other or their other behaviors.

Its unfortunate that this evil is proliferating in  our contemporary society . Yes its that horrible “H” in the BHP ( Biodata Horoscope and photo) which hoards  of educated illiterates ask for when they are considering a matrimonial alliance.  When I or my sister were of marriageable age , we used to get  requests from people asking for  horoscopes. Our straight answer used to be – “We do not believe  in such arcane stuff and have no such thing ready. Please make it yourself  if you wish to. Talk to us only with credentials of the person only when you have none of this  stuff blocking“.

Interestingly, it was reported in media that Aishwarya Rai ( Former Miss world) was married off to a tree before marrying Abhishek Bachchan ( Pappu of Amitabh Bachchan) to ward off Kundali dangers. Beyond public figures, closer in my life, I came across a creature who claims to be educated as an engineer and works in a software company. His family processed the horoscopes for 2 months and found that 33 out of 36 characteristics matched perfectly ( Extremely rare incidence ). They went ahead and did the engagement . The ensuing rituals cost the girl’s side, a few lakh rupees. The date for marriage was fixed 11 months from engagement.   The  bride side spent sizeable amount doing bookings and gifting the boy’s side.  For six months, everything was all right. Suddenly, the guy found that he was not getting  enough  ‘Feeling‘ ( read free and easy sex ) and started pestering the girl . He was insisting to his parents that they call off the engagement. The parents of groom were finding it embarrassing to tell the girl’s family. So much of water had been under the bridge. They still were interested in – ‘How can they do a ‘Saanp bhi marey laathi bhi na tootey‘ ( Kill a snake without breaking the stick ) to exit. There seemed no honorable or justifiable exit route but they desperately wanted one. How did the boy’s side find a clever exit ?

This is pretty interesting. They told the bride side that their Pandit now opines that as per horoscope no marriage is possible on the eariler mutually agreed date. They will have to wait for next 12 months to see if some dates can be found. They were not keen on any remedial measures. When asked if they can still commit to some future date, they said, they were not sure their son could wait for so long and they should reconsider other options…

The questions in this case, then are :

1. What should be done with people like this ?
2. How much of exploitation can be done using kundali and Ponga pandits as shields ?
3. What impact has education and civilization done on such creeps. ?
4. Do  horoscopes and planetary positions only affect Hindus and have no effect on Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Parsis or Jews ?
5. If they do affect then why not every one is riding the horoscope bandwagon ?
